In today’s video I go back to my college gym for the first time in 2 years for a push workout. I filmed the whole workout I use to grow my chest, shoulders and back. Definitely had some pretty high anxiety filming this video because before this video I really only filmed at home or maybe with one other person. I have had this plan for a long time, but finally decided to just do it. Appreciate all the support. As always stay hydrated and eat your fruits and veggies.
