I am taking you through my full day of healthy eating and exercise, showing you how I create and modify my meals to ensure I have DELICIOUS but HEALTHY meals after I workout to maximise my results. Remember – we are fortunate to currently be in Queensland, AUSTRALIA and at the time of this vlog there were no active covid cases in that part of Australia, which is why we are not wearing masks in this vlog.
