Electrolytes, including sodium, calcium, potassium, chloride, and magnesium, have been proven to help prevent dehydration and muscle cramps during exercise [12]. Maintaining proper hydration and electrolyte balance can help with cardiovascular and thermal strain during aerobic activity [13].
