So today is national cereal day, so I thought I’d share with you guys the 2 pre workout meals that I like to have. First is just a bowl of rice krispies, with some fruity cereal protein powder. It’s a little bit creamy, a little bit thick but definitely still tastes very good, however I usually only have this when I’m training within the next 60-90 minutes, so more typically, when I do have to go to class in the morning and can’t train for a couple hours, I’ll just have a classic bowl of cinnamon cereal oats with a banana. This is by far my favorite flavor to mix with my oatmeal, tastes absolutely incredible, and gets me off to a fantastic start for the day. And to celebrate national cereal day, all cereal flavored products at myprotein will be $22 per a 20 serving tub for today only.
