Ingredients
QUEST CHIPS DIRTY NACHOS
- 2 Bags Quest Original Cheddar and Sour Cream Chips
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp gluten free flour
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup + 1 tbsp blue cheese crumbles, separated
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, sliced
Method
- Assemble the chips onto a serving dish or baking sheet.
- Add the butter, flour, mozzarella, ½ cup blue cheese crumbles and almond milk into a pan overmedium heat.
- Whisk until melted and smooth. Drizzle the cheese mixture over the chips and top with 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles, bacon pieces and chives.
- Serve.
