Alright so I get this question a lot, and to be completely honest, I’ve actually never taken pre workout in my life. Most days I get around 8-9 hours of sleep, and I also have a high carb meal every morning for breakfast, so I never really feel tired in the gym. Not to mention most people will develop a tolerance for caffeine and although it can be helpful, it isn’t absolutely necessary. And since I’ve gotten this far without it, I just figured I might as well not even try.
