This is a 3 MONTH program

What’s Included:

-weekly 45 minute workout session

-first session each month is 90 minutes
(workout & goal setting)

– 2 personalized workouts to do in between sessions, new workouts each month (online clients get 3 pre-recorded workouts)

-local clients may attend one live class on the farm, per week, free of charge

-unlimited text support

$1,500 or $500/month

full upfront payment receives an additional 45 minute session at the end of program
