Shoulders with a side of core! 💪🏽🔥 Limitless Exercise 🔥

This one felt AMAZING 😍😅 I’m activating my transverse abdominals in these moves which also made this a sneaky core challenge (that and trying not to laugh as Conor DEMANDED I use his tiny toy dumbbells instead 🤣).

Please note that moves where I lean back slightly, such as the kneeling and Vsit positions in the first 2 moves, require a solid core connection. They can be performed in an upright standing or seated position and still get the arm sculpting benefits with less challenge on the core.

Once you master your breath core connection, you can work up to the leaning positions in shorter durations, resetting as needed.

💪🏽Flow from one move to the other for 45 seconds with limited rest in between. be sure to hit both sides!
🔥Perform up to 3 rounds or add one round onto whatever else you are training today 😅
1️⃣Kneeling shoulder combo (watch full clip for both moves!)
2️⃣V sit shoulder press
3️⃣Low lunge + half moon raise
4️⃣Side plank variation (watch full clip for an advanced add-on in second half)
5️⃣Supine lat pullover
6️⃣Bridge + chest press
7️⃣Table top reverse fly variation
