Welcome to Day 2 of REVIVE!!!! We are starting off strong and I mean STRONG as we work through our first strength session of the REVIVE program! This workout is The Essentials upper body plus abs resistance training session. This upper body and abs strength workout is just over 30 minutes and we work through essential exercises for the REVIVE Program. This workout will target and build your biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, and abs!
This workout requires only your dumbbells and a mat. Optional equipment for this workout will be your exercise box, you can also substitute an exercise bench or sturdy chair. However, you can modify it without the box as well!
As always focus on maintaining proper form and a full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!
