Ingredients
COFFEE BROWNIES
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- ¼ cup zero calorie sweetener
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¾ cup Quest Coffee Protein Shake
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare an 8×8 inch pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper.
- Add the butter to a microwave safe bowl and melt for 1 minute and butter is scolding.
- Add in the chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring smooth.
- Once smooth and no longer hot to the touch, whisk in the sweetener and eggs.
- In another bowl, sift together the flours, cocoa powder and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry as well as the Quest Shake Coffee and whisk until smooth.
- Transfer to the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 hours before cutting into 16 bars and serving.
