Ingredients

QUESTIFIED CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY DONUTS

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup gluten free baking flour
  • ¼ cup zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 3 eggs

Topping:

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare 2.5” silicone donut mold with non stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the flours, sweetener, protein, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vinegar, coconut oil, yogurt and eggs.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and use a rubber spatula to stir until a batter forms.
  5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill 12 of the molds.
  6. Bake the donuts for 14-16 minutes and cooked through. Let cool.
  7. Stir together the frosting ingredients and dip each donut into the frosting, letting the excess drip off.
  8. Finish with toppings of choice.
