Ingredients
BBQ CHICKEN CASSEROLE
- 2 cups shredded chicken breast (about 12oz)
- ½ cup bbq sauce (sugar free)
- 1 ½ cup chopped red cabbage
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup monterey jack cheese
- ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 bags Quest BBQ Cheddar Chips (1 bag finely crushed and 1 bag broken into small pieces)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and prepare a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast, bbq sauce, cabbage, bacon, spices, and halfof the cheese and 1 bag of finely crushed bbq chips and place the mixture into the dish.
- Top with the remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes and the cheese is bubbly.
- Sprinkle the remaining chips before serving.
