My new blog is especially geared towards women in menopause but super helpful for women who are in pre or perimenopause too!

I’ve received so many messages from women who are struggling with this time in their life and I get it. It’s tough but I want you to know that it’s not hopeless.

I’m actually at a place now where I’m happier than I’ve been in a very long time.💕

With proper diet and the right kind of movement, you can begin to feel like yourself again. I promise!!

It’s so interesting to me how what worked when we were younger now actually causes us to retain or gain weight. Doing less (or less intense) is actually more beneficial!

Moving your body in a way that supports your lifestyle is what is most important as we age. Building muscle, working on stability, balance, flexibility & most importantly REST!

Learning how to manage and lower our our cortisol (stress) levels is what is going to be the biggest difference after age 40.
