In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a fun and energizing low impact cardio workout from our “Basics” series, no equipment required!

Low impact cardio workouts are one of our favorite types of exercise routines. They can by done by anyone at any fitness level and are a great way to get your cardiovascular system in great shape when done regularly. This particular routine is from our “Basics” series and breaks down “easy to follow” movements so that you can move at your own pace safely and effectively.

There is no equipment needed aside from a sturdy chair for extra balance (if needed) and as always this routine can be modified to seated.

Remember to only do moves that you feel comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
