Pregnancy is such a nice time! Thanks to exercises, I felt like a million bucks=) Fitness workouts during pregnancy helped me to concentrate on my well-being rather than the war in Ukraine. Although, it was difficult to stay positive all the time, fitness gave me its endorphins.
I`m 36-week-pregnant here, now I’m a mum of a healthy girl. I believe that fitness helped me to have a better delivery. I love timer I have in my videos, it gave me understanding that contractions will come and go as the hardest exercises lol. To my big surprise, my baby girl enjoys listening to workout songs in my videos and she isn’t irritated by a timer. Remember that our babies hear everything.
