Ingredients
QUEST PROTEIN PANCAKES
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- 1 scoop Quest Protein Powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate pancakes:
- + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, tapioca flour, protein, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce and vanilla.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until no dry spots remain.
- Cook the pancakes on a griddle over medium heat until cooked through and serve hot.
