Ingredients
QUEST DEVILED EGGS
- 5 eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips
Other:
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 2 tbsp white distilled vinegar
Method
- Hard boil and peel the eggs.
- Cut the eggs in half and place the yolks into a bowl along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon, chives, parsley, lemon and salt and pepper and then mix until combined.
- Stir in the crushed chips. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add hot water, food coloring and vinegar.
- Drop the egg whites in and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Remove and place them onto a paper towel.
- Fill each egg white cavity with the yolk mixture and top with chopped chives. Serve.
