Ingredients

VANILLA LATTE MOUSSE

  • 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1⁄2 cup 0% greek yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup Quest Vanilla Latte Iced Coffee
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Using a handheld mixer or stand alone mixer, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix in the sweetener.
  3. In another bowl, use a hand held mixer to combine the cream cheese and yogurt.
  4. Once smooth, add in the Quest Vanilla Latte Iced Coffee, espresso powder and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixer to the bowl of heavy cream and gently combine.
  6. Separate into 5 serving glasses and chill overnight.
  7. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
